Myra conducted a staff development workshop for Personal Support Workers at Circle of Care on the topic of Trauma-Informed Practice with Holocaust Survivors. The primary goals were: (1) to help workers become more sensitive and targeted in their work with Holocaust survivors in an effort to meet their unique needs and (2) to learn how to apply trauma-informed approaches that minimize triggers and reduce the risk of re-traumatization.
